Is my job too small?
No job is too small when it comes to making your business run smoother and more profitably. TAP Solutions can assist you with building a website, updating an old one, providing you with a mobile friendly website, improving your visibility on the web, search engine optimization, branding, expanding your service area and many other website related needs.
How long will it take?
Determining how long a task requires depends on many factors.
TAP Solutions looks at the complexity of the job including the amount of graphics required, artwork that needs to be created, video content, quantity of pull down menus and related subjects, locations, text that needs to be written and reformatting. Additional factors include how long it will take to write the program, introduce it, integrate it into your systems and test it.
Once the scope of the work is established, TAP Solutions will give you an estimate of how long your website work may take.
How much will it cost?
Cost depends on the scope of the project. TAP Solutions can work with you on an hourly rate or on a fixed bid basis. We will gladly discuss cost and payment options with you to determine a fair and competitive rate. Once we have agreed on the cost, TAP Solutions requires a deposit upfront, and final payment is due upon the project's completion. We understand your need to budget and that different companies have different billing requirements.

Can you take my existing website and convert it to a mobile friendly/responsive format?
Yes, TAP Solutions can rebuild your existing website to make it a responsive website that will adjust its format based upon the screen size being used such as a mobile phone or tablet.
Can you help me show up better on Google, Yahoo, Bing and other search engines?
Yes. As part of the website building process we work out a list of key words with you that will be incorporated into your website copy so that you can easily be found on various search engines. We spend a significant amount of time with you to determine what words and phrases are most often used in your business as well as to convey the right company image.
What if there is a problem after the website work is completed?
TAP Solutions works with you during the project and does its best to avoid post-project problems. We believe in testing our work to make sure the website and processes are running correctly before we declare it complete. In the event that something is not right, or needs to be adjusted, we will work with you to make it right. Please be sure that you notify TAP Solutions of any problems as soon as they occur. The sooner we are aware of any issues, the sooner we can fix them for you. If there are bugs within the scope of the work, we will take care of them at no additional cost and take care of them promptly.
What if we need more work done in the future or the job turns out to be larger than anticipated?
TAP Solutions will discuss any changes to the scope of the project as they arise regardless of whether TAP Solutions or the customer finds this to be the case. Some of our clients like to have a retainer arrangement with TAP Solutions for ongoing work and maintenance. We do not believe in leaving our clients hanging without customer support.
Do I own the completed project?
Yes. Once the work is completed, paid for and turned over to the customer, it belongs to the customer. It is also the customer's responsibility to maintain and keep the website up to date in terms of content, placement and technology. TAP Solutions can help you maintain your website and will be happy to discuss a maintenance and updating plan with you. TAP Solutions is not, however, liable for customer errors or problems that may arise from the use of the website once it is released to the customer.
What about status updates?
TAP Solutions will keep you informed on the status of your project. If you need regular status reports, we can arrange for them. You may also call us at any time during regular business hours.
What if I need technical support for my website?
TAP Solutions can make arrangements for on-call support as needed. TAP Solutions will also provide you with appropriate documentation and support per the scope of the work agreement. When we release the website to you we will provide you with a full back up and technical notes if requested.

Can you help me track how many people are viewing my website?
TAP Solutions has tools for tracking how many people are coming to your website and also has a ranking service that can tell you how your keywords are ranking with various search engines. We can provide this service to you on a monthly or as needed basis.
